SHIPPING INFORMATION
Lavish Lengths ships most orders via USPS.
  • Custom wigs: When hair is provided by you: Allow a minimum of 7 -10 days from date hair is received by us for wig construction. Keep in mind, drying time is factored into turnaround times because we wash the hair and bleach the closure or frontal, which we let air dry. If you are not local for pickup, allow another 5 - 7 business days for processing & delivery.
  • Pre-made wigs - Allow 1-2 business days for processing time and another 3-5 business days for delivery.
  1. Please understand, during peak season and holidays there may be longer processing and shipping times.
  2. When your wig or other merchandise is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided.
 
RETURN POLICY
  1. All Accessories and Face Masks are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. 
  2. All refunds must be requested within 15 days of delivery date.
  3. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.
  4. All wigs returned must be unworn, unwashed with original uncut lace and hair in its original state.
  5. Other returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  6. We are not responsible for merchandise shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
  7. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit.
  8. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns).
  9. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
 
REFUND
  1.  If the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect products, quality problem of products we will provide a full refund for you.
  2. If the return is due to buyer changing their mind, we will refund the total cost minus any shipping and handling.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. If you no longer use the original card, please let us know.
  4. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us prior to returning merchandise. If you return the items without contacting us, we cannot guarantee approval of your refund.
 
CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE
  1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order submission by emailing us at lavishlengthsbysrenee@gmail.com.
  2. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel it for you.
 
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING IRREGULAR & EXCESSIVE RETURNS
We reserve the right to limit and refuse returns from customers at any time due to:
  1.  Irregular or excessive return history.
  2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
